Waited 3 hrs for the 3rd room cause they dont know how to read a reservation. The first lady disnt know what she was doing and extremely rude. She yelled at a autistic kid very loudly and very inappropriately. Me and the mom both looked at her as said do not yell at anyones kid, customer let alone an autistic child. The kid got scared and the mom had him leave the office. And her boss did nothing about it. Just said ok. Mold all over the ceilings. Poor service and horrible staff.

To me customer service is everything, especially when you own a business. My family & I stayed at this hotel for one night & was very disappointed. It wasn't very clean & at about 3am in the morning we spotted a roach climbing on my daughter & it almost went in her ear. Thank God we we're still awake, called & informed the front desk immediately!!! Wanted to speak with the owner & left my information to be contacted & he never did. When I did finally speak to him he was VERY RUDE, & said why didn't we leave. Firstly we live in Chicago which is 7 hours away & we were not going to take our chances with our daughter sleeping in the car in a state we weren't familiar with. Please be aware of this hotel, the unclean room & the rude owner. So upsetting to me for how I was talked to & treated, the only reason I didn't go off is because of my daughter!!!!

One good thing - Steven at front desk was very friendly and efficient. Let me check-in early. The property itself is in TERRIBLE shape. Expedia and America's Best should be embarrassed to have their brand names associated with this motel. This was the dirtiest motel I have stayed at in years. I had to clean the bathroom myself before I could use it. Dirty floors, dirty walls with scuff marks all over. Plaster missing in many places. Hole around the ceiling light in bathroom. Rusted shower curtain rod and filthy ceiling. Shower receptacle was loose. Many electric plugs falling out of the wall and barely able to hold an electrical plug-in. Only one of the two bed lamps worked. Some type of adhesive splattered on the wall A/C and heating unit. Also, very dirty. I tried turning on the water about 2:20pm. No water?? I tried to call the front desk, the filthy phone was on the bedside table, however it was not connected to the wall and the handset was not connected to the base. Found the wires on the floor behind the bedside table. Called the front desk on my cell phone. Clerk said the water would be on in 20 minutes. One hour later, the water finally came on. Rusty brown water came out! After running the water for 15 minutes it was still not clear. Took a photo of the brown water coming into the shower. Water definitely not drinkable and afraid to shower in it. Went to look at the "Free breakfast". Ceiling was brown and water-stained. Trash can on the floor for drip. never could get the WiFi to work. STAY AWAY!

Never stayed here before but knew where it was and was looking for something on our trip. Called and was looking for 2 rooms with double beds no smoking. Arrived at 1:30 in the morning so we were worn out. Raccoons ran from the garbage can when we pulled in the parking lot. General condition of the outside was poor. Check in was fine but when we got to the rooms, that is a different story. Room 1: room smelled funky, the garnish for the tub knob was falling out of place and the room was filled with mosquitoes. There wasn't a phone cord from the phone to the wall to call the front desk. Room 2: Beds were not made, the only thing on the beds were the mattress protectors. Room was littered. Moved out of this room into room 3. Room 3: Electrical by sink hanging out of the wall. Outlet that fridge was plugged into hanging out of the wall. Cover on the A/C unit fell off when touched (about a 3 foot x 1 foot plastic cover). The lamp was broken so the bulb was laying against the lamp shade and was already melting/burning the lamp shade. Not exactly sure how this hotel meets standards to be franchised.

Since our house flooded I had to find a place for my dog and me to stay for a couple of nights. This is a typical "cheap motel". However, for the price it was relatively clean and the bed was fairly comfortable. It appears the primary clientele are traveling workers who just need a place to sleep. I would not want to stay here on a vacation but under this situation it served its purpose.

I am sad to say that on this one... Trust the reviews. We have stayed in some sad little hotels across the country bit this one... takes the Icky Cake. The ONLY redeeming factor was the lady that checked us in - she was a delight. But that is where it ended. The bathroom sink... evidently the last guest shaved because his hair was still in the sink. Maybe a haircut, too, since the trash can was full of hair! The towels... well look at the picture! It looks like they are attempting to remodel as all of the floor trim was gone and there was paint and drywall dust everywhere. Scared to sleep under the covers to be honest. Just keep driving... there are other hotels just down the road.

And we were, dead tired and it was late. We did drive around the place and didn't see any drug deals, assaults or homeless, so we decided to go for it and asked for a back room away from the freeway noise. That was the only saving grace here. The faucets on the dirty tub, were falling out of the wall, with a wash cloth stuffed in the drain, why, I don't know. And there was the usual dirt/dust/crud behind the bathroom door. Are housekeepers not trained to sweep behind the door? Granted, they would have to go in and shut the door to see it, but really? Also the dirt behind the bed was startling, I did not attempt to reach down there to plug in my phone charger. The desk chair? It has sweat marks stained on it to the point of retching, and the back was ripped with foam popping out. The fridge was covered in rust. I did not touch it nor open it. Although the linens looked clean, we wrapped up in our own fleece blankets and used our own pillows. The bed was actually comfortable and it was quiet. No breakfast, just "free" coffee, AKA, brown water. The night desk person was pleasant as was the desk person in the morning.

Wouldn't recommend to anyone. Only if ur really tired an don't wanna keep looking for a nice hotel. Nasty floor and bathrooms.. room/door signs are from best western. Not updated at all. No breakfast. Rude staff.. wont be returning.

After a rough night before at another establishment, this clean, comfortable, safe, friendly staff motel was very welcomed!!! They even have a pool and wifi is FREE!! Reasonably priced, and it really makes the last two places that I have stayed at seem like real dives!!! Also appreciate coming into a cool room with a clean smell/look. AND, a card was on bed ASKING for input, good or bad! As a solo middle-aged woman exhausted, I will stay here again...and recommend to family and friends! The only con were the the two lamps at the entranceway of room did not work.

When they ask you, if you want a room on the front or the back, you should be concerned. And your answer should always be, if asked, the front. As we unpacked the car and approached the door, it appeared to have been kicked and abused on a number of occasions. Once inside the room, you could see there were some feeble attempts to start an upgrading program. But trust me, demolition should have been the call.
