This house was amazing! We came for our daughter’s basic training graduation and it was the perfect size for 3 families. We had problems with one of the washers one day and they quickly and professionally resolved the issue. Both kitchens only had 1 kitchen towel each, so be sure to bring your own. We had to pull towels out of the bathrooms.

Retreat House

House was perfect for our office staff retreat! Comfortable space to come together and learn, while giving each guest the comfort of their own personal space. Some usual wear and tear on the walls, but some dirt and leftover cans under the couches. Host was very responsive with any issues that arose.

We rented the duplex and it was perfect! We had plenty of room and everyone in our group commented on the beautiful accommodations. We will definitely rent it again if the need arises.

Family for wedding

The duplex was 2 separate sides of a house. We traveled from NY, AZ, FL for neice/grandaughter wedding. My 90 yr old parents had the ground floor bedroom queen bed with walk in shower which was ideal for them since they don’t do steps without assistance. Upstairs was perfect 3 bedrooms 1 queen with a small bathroom and 2 bedrooms with king beds share a very large bathroom in hall which could use more counter space for sharing purposes. The bedrooms could use dressers with drawers. Downstairs was large area perfect size. Kitchen was great Only one Large tv in den None in bedrooms. The house seemed newly built and very clean. A builtin pool in this heat would have been awesome though. Thank Wendy for getting back to me so quickly every time i messaged you

West Cola Hot Spot

Everything was so great! Wasn't sure if this was going to be a good fit, but it was perfect. The decorating was spot on and fun, plenty of room for everyone to spread out, was so great to have both sides of the duplex.We had a variety of family and friends coming together so it was nice to be able to put all those that go to sleep on the earlier side in one half, and those that liked to sleep in on the other. We even put the yard to use for an egg hunt. LOVED being able to walk to so many places that were close by. Biggest win for us, was we were so close to Ray Tanner Field which was our primary reason for the trip. Will definitely go back!

Great rental

We fully enjoyed this rental for our extended family to stay in during our son’s wedding weekend! It provider the right amount of separated spaces and areas to gather, and it was very close to beautiful areas of the riverwalk and downtown. My only wish is that we would have had less rigid rules about having small amounts of people over. The house is very strict that no more people than 16 are allowed, which was problematic for our family, who had hoped to feed some of the groomsmen for the wedding by cooking at the house but ended up trying to find another place to gather and feed them which was a huge added expense. Other than that, it was great!

Great House for our family

The house is exactly how it is advertised in the picture. It was a perfect location and in a quiet neighborhood. Plenty of space and beds/bathrooms for our extended family (ages 11-79) communication with management was great and they were quick to respond when we had questions. Would definitely recommend this property.

Great property. Perfect for our group of family in town for my daughter’s wedding. Plenty of room for us to get together on either side of the property for group meals or just hanging out between events. Definitely recommend.

Master's Trip

We enjoyed are stay. We rented both units to accommodate our group. We loved the walkability to the near by restaurants. We had an issue with one of the showers, called the property management and they came out and repaired that day.
