A beautiful house in a neighborhood that is very peaceful and secluded but accessible to restaurants, grocery stores and everything else that the Cape has to offer. Swapna was an excellent host and responded to our questions promptly and gave us detailed instructions about checking in and checking out. Would highly recommend staying at this beautiful property!

Our 11 family members had a fantastic stay from start to finish. We all loved our beds and rooms.The home is as gorgeous as the photos show and the beautiful windows in the main room were clean and spotless adding to the lovely views.The walk out basement had an enormous TV screen we barely used but it worked fine. There was also a ping pong table that got plenty of use and added to our enjoyable stay. The neighborhood and location are excellent plus there was plenty of parking with a large driveway. We didn't use the garages but they were spacious too. We couldn't have been more pleased with this VRBO experience! Lastly, our host Swapna was always responsive and so nice. I wish we could have met her.

Overall the house worked well in having essentially separate spaces for the four households in party (grandparents and then three sets of parents with small children) and well furnished. There were a few issues. Most significant were ants in kitchen and downstairs. Although pest control came to treat outside it had only temporary benefit. Also garbage pickup was not until middle of the week so that bins were overflowing from previous guests whole week and first days of our week -by that time had become to have problem with smell.

We had a wonderful week at Swapna's house. It was the perfect location for a family reunion- plenty of bedrooms, and lots of tucked away spaces for folks to have private time. The location was perfect- near a bay side beach and only 15 min from an ocean side beach (pro tip: get a Barnstable beach week pass before going- it let us into "full" parking lots). We loved walking along the edge of the marshes-- so beautiful!!
