The first floor boasts an open floor plan with a bright full kitchen, living room, dining area, and bathroom with shower. No AC on first level. Upstairs you will find a half bath and three cozy bedrooms. Each one of the rooms has views- of the ocean and marsh- as well as an AC unit..
