A cute 4-bedroom cape-style home with central AC in the desirable Carleton Shores neighborhood, with use of private association beach included. This home is tucked away on a large private lot with a porch for grilling and relaxing.

Step inside to find a comfortable living room and a spacious kitchen/dining area that leads to the outdoor living area. First floor has two bedrooms and the upstairs has been finished to include two more bedrooms and a second full bath.

Carleton Shores is known for its lovely homes, dog-friendly association beach, and walkable quiet streets. A Beach Association Pass is provided at no extra charge! Come and enjoy this peaceful retreat in East Sandwich.

1st Annual Family vacation

The entire reservation process went flawlessly. The property itself was spacious enough for all of us and very clean. We were provided with 2 parking passes for the beach but truthfully we were comfortable walking as well. The beach is on the Cape Cod Bay and was absolutely spectacular with gorgeous sunrises and sunsets. Definitely a do over for us.
