The beautiful outdoor area features a seasonal private pool (unheated), a seasonal hot tub, a grill, an alfresco dining space, and a wood firepit. You'll find two home offices, two living rooms, two gas-burning stoves, and four TVs inside. This rental is ideally located about 10 minutes from Sandy Neck Beach. It's a five-minute drive to West Barnstable and under 15 minutes to Cape Cod Mall for popular attractions and local dining. Golf enthusiasts will enjoy the nearby golf courses. Explore the region's beauty at Jenkin’s Wildlife Sanctuary, Murkwood Conservation Area, or The Deck at Walker Point.

Relax in two inviting living rooms, each equipped with a TV, a Roku Device, and a large sectional, including a gas-burning stove.
