About this Cottage:
2 bedroom 2 bath unit in a three-unit beachfront property with great views of the marsh and partial views of Cape Cod Bay. Enjoy the private deck for this unit with views of the ever-changing tidal marsh. New kitchen with granite counters and banquette seating open to living room area with comfortable seating and a pull-up kitchen bar. Master suite with full bath as well as an additional bedroom with sleeping for three. Second bathroom with a shower and washer/Dryer. A huge sand bar at low tide makes this property super for beach lovers. One of the only properties on the beach with A/C and washer/dryer. Wireless High-Speed Internet Available. The fireplace is great for a cool evening. Enjoy the deck with Adirondack chairs and new awnings as you watch the ever-changing tidal marsh.

Fantastic stay on beach!

This property was perfect - right on the beach, near to everything in Sandwich, easy to get on Rt 6 to explore other towns, plenty of room for our family and especially appreciated 2 bathrooms! Beds and casual seating were very comfortable, a/c kept the unit perfectly cool on some really hot days, and plenty of room to sit and eat and watch TV, do jigsaw puzzles, play board game. Property staff helpful, responsive, and pleasant. Would definitely rent again.
