"My husband and I had an excellent experience at this resort. All the staff were very welcoming, and we truly appreciated the warm and friendly atmosphere. The resort is small but well-organized, very clean, and comfortable.
As a suggestion for the future, adding a small bar would be a great improvement.
The only issue during our stay was with the breakfast service. Unfortunately, the staff member there had an unprofessional and somewhat arrogant attitude. We even overheard her speaking rudely to a guest who asked for help, saying: “Wait, can’t you see I’m the only one working here?” This was disappointing.
At first, we thought it might have just been a bad day, but during our 3-day stay, her behavior remained the same each morning. We believe improving her attitude toward guests would make a big difference."
