I had ants and a lizard in my room one night. Asked for a refund for the night as I had to move into another room at 11.00 p.m at night. The manager did NOT give me a credit for that night and was NOT helpful. I have stayed in this hotel many times but will never stay there again.

I had two different reservations because my plans changed and I had to add a night. I had to pay an additional amount because the person at the desk said the reservation for the 2nd night was different. My actual room did not match either reservation. I did not want to argue over the small additional amount, however on the credit card charge was actually more. The other oddity was the person at the desk said he could not print a receipt since I made the reservation through Orbitz. The other two places I stayed at were able to print a receipt.

This hotel allows for pets. In the early evening I heard a dog barking, however, I did not hear any barking at night. There are a number of nice restaurants within walking distance to the hotel.

The place was clean and modern. The staff was courteous and helpful. Very comfortable bed and pillows. The property was well maintained. Lots of green space to walk our dog. The only negatives were the ridiculously badly designed and uncomfortable loveseat and bad lighting in the bathroom. It was impossible to put on makeup because the light was dim and uneven. No way to sit comfortably on the couch to watch TV or read. Other than those negatives would stay there again. Good value.

As you enter staff was friendly. The lobby has a very clean aroma and everything looked new and in great condition. Pool size was great went from 4ft to 6ft and warm temperature with whirlpool close by. Room was small but perfect for myself and son , king bed with small couch. Nice hotel overall
