We enjoyed the hot tub and Pool area. We wanted to up date to a suite and we were told by one staff member that we could and then the manager said no rooms were available. We then noticed at night that many of those rooms never had any lights coming out of the rooms from pool side. The other was that they never made our bed or straighten up the room. Customer service was really lacking.
