Arrived at approximately 5pm and stood at the front desk to check in for about 10 minutes and no one came out. Walked over to the bar and the bartender looked at me and then turned around and walked into a back room. So i went back over to the front desk where i waited another 5 minutes until someone finally came out. Got up to the room and it was so humid in there, even the bedding felt damp. Turned the ac down from 72 to 70, which improved the humidity. However, the ac was loud and sounded like i was in an airplane cockpit all night. After my long drive, i just put in my earbuds and dealt with it. After a not so restful sleep, took a pressureless shower and vowed to never stay at this hotel again.

We had a long terrible day of traveling and staff was compassionate allowed us early check in gave us waters and no charge for the breakfast in the am. Hotel was very clean and well run. A++++ would stay again
