It was a nice hotel, lovely entrance w/sitting areas but they need to work on the shower water pressure (very low compared to what I'm used to) and I specifically requested two queen beds about a month prior but when i arrived to my room, it was a king suite. When I went back downstairs to mention same & get the actual room requested, I was told they were fully booked & apparently my room was an upgrade as the Living Rm had its own TV & pull-out couch (which most know aren't very comfortable). Concierge said he'll call to have someone pull out the bed & put on sheets for us as he said there are none on the pull-out. Thankfully a guy did come up less than 5mins later, however, he simply handed us the sheets & pillowcases at the door and left. When we opened the couch, sheets were already on it. Whether or not clean, my son & I stripped everything off & put the clean ones down but after an 11Hrs drive, we didnt need another task for the evening but we made do. Otherwise, nice staff & everything looked clean enough. Thanks

We were allowed an early check in which was important.Access to the room was very easy. The air conditioning was very quiet. Television was a good size and modern. WiFi access was very simple. Our room was very clean. All in all a great experience!

Yes. Bed very comfortable, good pillows and blanket. TP is too far from toilet. Breakfast was subpar. Curbs outside are painted black, which blends in with road, which makes it difficult to see the step
