Got a queen bed instead of the king bed that was rented. Water damage on ceilings, floor and door to bathroom. Furniture was broken and unusable. Unable to adjust thermostat in room and was very hot!

Overall, it's a nice place to stay for a night or two. The rooms are large and comfortable. The front desk staff was friendly. My only complaint was the cleanliness of the room ...the bathroom floor was not swept well and there was hair in the tub.

The room was dirty, especially the shower. The safety bar is partially detached and I almost fell because i held onto it and it was so loose. Overall very run down. Not at all like the pictures. The door to separate the living space from the bedroom couldn't even close. It was too big and drug on the floor. There was no breakfast that we could find. No one was at the desk to ask. We needed a pillow for our son who was sleeping on the pull out couch and were told they didn't have any.

The room had ants in the bathroom area. Also, the base of the bed was sticking out in a way it wasn't supposed to, causing me to stub my toe. Finally, things like toilet paper, soap and tissues weren't replaced when I requested. Overall very disappointing.

Booked and confirmed a hotel room, showed up to check in and was told they didn't have a room for me. That was it. No offer to help me with a refund. No offer to find me another hotel. I was forced to book another hotel that was twice as expensive. This is an unethical business practice. When I came back the next day to speak with a manager and ask for them to pay the difference in what I paid for the more expensive hotel, he said the issue needed to be escalated to the GM. I left my contact. I have heard nothing.
