Walking distance to the beach, central city, cafes & restaurants and Sunday market. 2 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, office, 2 lounges, sep dining, gourmet kitchen, butler`s pantry, sgl garage. In a quiet neighbourhood, shared access path with steps. Close to nearby reserve & Mt Victoria lookout. Please note this is our family home. No parties.

We had a lovely stay in this beautiful home. The house and its view is an experience in itself. We spent a lot of time simply looking at the view. The house is comfortable and well appointed. You can easily walk to the city centre. Highly recommend.
