Cozy 2 bedroom , 1 bath, kitchen area and den upstairs over barn. You may hear one of our cows or longhorns occasionally. Hot tub and pool area are a few steps away from the barn. Located 5 minutes off I35, 5 minutes from the Waxahachie town square and 30 min from Dallas.
The cabin is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Stretch out in the jetted tub.

Fantastic Oasis from the Heat

We had a wonderful overnight stay while we roamed about Waxahachie for a couple of days with our two kiddos. The hosts were gracious and even turned on the hottub for us to relax after a long day. Cindi was super responsive and we had everything we needed. The beds are incredibly comfy, the pool is awesome, and overall we had a great time. The stairs were a little scary for me at first, (but Im afraid of heights- lol). Would definitely stay there again in the future. ❤️❤️❤️

Peaceful Night

We loved our stay at this cozy barn apartment. Checking in could’ve been better, we didn’t get any instructions for how to check in so had to call property manager while walking around trying to figure it out. But other than that was a great time. The stairs are a little steep for us short folks, but the cute atmosphere made up for the hike up the stairs for sure. 😊

2024 Totality - Comfortable & Cozy

We really enjoyed ourselves and was able to relax while waiting to see the Total Eclipse, the place has a very relaxing environment and was easy to access, the rooms were comfortable and cozy as there listing says, it sure was way better than having to stay at a hotel with all the commotion that hotels usually have. This was such a wonderful place to view the event with such beautiful surroundings. This being my first Vrbo left me with such a good feeling about using the service again, what a great way to start. We didn't have any issue with the staircase to access the room but if you are reading this review, just be aware of it. Thank you so much for hosting my family. Art D.

Its a barn apt with livstock . Very well done and great hosts. But if stairs arent your thing, think twice. We love it and will be back
