Room was very clean, comfortable and warm! Liked the way the wall lighting by beds was set up. Nice big tub/shower. Check in guy was friendly and helpful, and the checkout ladybwas also very nice and friendly. My only complaint was the toilets, they were the size of my sons childcare toilets, tiny and low to the floor. Other than that mybstay was perfect!!

Staff. I already wrote a review about my first experience here. I stayed again cuz I had no problems with the room, it was how staff treated me and handled a situation. And again, the evening before I was gonna check out, I re-booked for a third time and the following morning I went to the front desk and asked if they would need me to check out and then check back in again or if they would just extend my stay as I had booked through Expedia for another night. I was told by the front desk staff they would not be extending my stay due to a bad review. Then the lady I had dealt with when checking out on my first stay and checking back in for my second stay came out and stated that I had left a bad review and still came back to stay again and that I was to get all of my belongings and be gone by checkout time otherwise I would not receive my cash deposit back and told me that once I leave to never come back ever again. FOR ONE, REVIEWS ARE ANONYMOUS YOU CAN’T SEE THE NAME OF WHO WROTE IT SO TO BE ACCUSED OF WRITING A REVIEW GOOD OR BAD WHETHER I DID IT OR NOT AND TO BE KICKED OUT OF A MOTEL THAT I HAD ALREADY PAID FOR IS UNACCEPTABLE. I have never been treated like this at any hotel or motel I’ve ever stayed at in all the years I’ve been going to hotels. Again, I still had no problems with the room itself. It’s the staff.

Friendly staff at check-in, but entire motel smelled intensely like pot. Even after we got into room and settled, the smell creeped in and made it unbearable to stay there for the remainder of the night. I had a minor child with me and I wasn’t going to expose him to that environment. Really wish I hadn’t wasted my money on that place.

Well we checked back into this Motel the same day and front desk staff tried charging me twice the security/room deposit because the room was dirty! They said there was garbage everywhere and everything was used! HELLO, IT’S A MOTEL ROOM-that’s what people do is use it and the things inside the room! Then they tried changing it up saying another customer complained we were fighting, which also never happened. I argued with the woman at the front desk about the bullshitty-ness of all the above. We still stayed again but I did not pay the double deposit.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable, but the walls had no soundproofing whatsoever. There was a huge sounding dog barking for over an hour (possibly at the cat running down the hall). It also sounded like the guests in neighboring rooms were in mine with me. No shampoo or conditioner available in the bathroom. Good location and price. Staff was friendly.

Absolutely dishonest and disgusting.

The female working the front desk lied to me and treated me with the utmost disrespect. There was no one there meaning the hotel was empty. I requested one more night for business in the area and she sharply said no as if I did something wrong. I paid for three nights and only was able to stay for two. Now I have to figure out how to get one stay money return. I travel a lot and this is by far the worst customer service and experience I’ve ever received. DO NOT GO TO THIS HOTEL. As I was polity speaks to her and trying to show the recipients via email she threatened to call the cops (and she did!) Thd General Manager was very nice when I spoke to him during check in. I am going to corporate for this one.

My wife and i stayed for a week while i was in the area for work. Check in was easy staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The entire hotel was very clean beds were comfortable just areally nice stay.

The hotel itself smell olds and looks old. There was a dog barking as I was getting ready to go to sleep. This seems all bad but this is when the good part begins. I talked to the employee at the desk and she gave me another room on the second floor away from the barking dog. Later that night I saw I forgot my cellphone charger and asked if she had a spare which she did. Those two acts alone made up for the "old hotel" feeling. The place is not for everyone but the employee I met was top notch.
