Got there at 830pm. apologetic associate came out to check us in at 9. large lint ball the size of a mouse fell out of the bed sheets. Tub filled up during shower and wouldn't drain. Hot breakfast steamer with 1 and 1/4 hours to go had 3 sections. 1 was empty entire time. 1 had oatmeal. and 1 was empty for 30 minutes and finally brought out some kind of egg disc as we were leaving. kitchen person was also running front desk. Won't be back.

Staff was hardly ever at the desk, had to use the desk phone to get assistance. Our room didn't have a shower curtain, and when we mentioned it to the front desk, the simply supplied one... didn't even offer to put it on the shower rod .

The only problem we had was not the fault of the hotel. The problem was that the Internet and wi fi was out in the Merrill area. We couldn’t get checked in because they couldn’t get into the computer to even find our reservation. Eventually the WiFi came back on. It was just inconvenient for us because we were here for the Tomahawk fall ride festivities so we had to drive back from there to check in and then go back. Over all we were happy with the hotel itself

Very limited face to face with any staff at this location. Room was clean, bed was comfortable. Easy to find and access - a little over priced for off season weekend. There were maybe 6 other guests the whole week be were there. Quiet, breakfast was disappointing.

The check in was fast. The facility is clean, and staff willing to help as needed. We brought in a couple pizzas for dinner, and forgot plates. They gave us plates, napkins, and dinnerware. We stay here often and the service remains excellent!
