rooms were great, personel were all polite and cooperative. that said, if you weren't a gambler, there were slim pickings. Harbor view stores and activities were too far away and driving in the are is difficult. Not enough medium priced food options in the market place. My grandaughter ordered and lobster at (?"Ginger) when out backs were turned and it was $138 dollars, $170 with a tip. No one mentioned this to the parents or grandparents. they just took the order form a 12 year old and proceded on like nothing unusual was happening.

The MGM National Harbor was a nice time, we enjoyed our stay, the only mishap was that the water valve connected to the toilet leaked out onto the floor. A service tech came out to repair it promptly but no one came up to clean and dry the floor afterward and we had to do it with the available room towels. We expect improved service and attention to detail from the MGM.

I was upgraded to a suite which was gorgeous, spacious, clean and the room price was right

The room was beautiful! Everything was super clean. The beds were very comfortable and the view was amazing. All staff was very attentive and courteous.

this place sucks. this place sucks. this place sucks.

Beautiful room. Delivered complimentary toothbrush, toothpaste, and mouthwash.

Starbucks needs to open at 6:30am latest. Really it should be open 24hrs like the casino. It's just silly. People gambling all night need their caffeine!

Everything about most of the staff was wonderful from valet to baggage assistance to the front desk. Only glitch we had was breakfast. We ordered room service & the food came in white plastic bags. We hadn't ordered to go we were eating in. Food came in plastic containers, w plastic forks, toast was hard and whole experience was terrible. You would think for the prices the MGM charges for rooms you would get better food/room service. To top it off the food was very expensive, not thats a problem if it was good but they add all kinds of taxes, service fees and graturity. Last time we stayed the food was brought on a rolling table, real dinnerware and cloth napkins. I was told they changed food service company. MGM go back to prior food service company!!.

Hotel is awesome! Yet the Felt lounge should be closed. A lot of "fluff" for nothing. I wish I could remind the "kids" running the lounge that their job is the experience of the patrons, not the other way around. Also, the dress code in the club is biased against men after 9pm. Get there at 8:59 and your good. Re-vamp the policy! Clothing for men has changed drastically.

Hotel has excellent staff but a little pricey. Most casino hotels rooms are a little more affordable because they know people are going to gamble. Casino should let people win a little more since they pay so much for rooms.

Vegas style resort on the banks of the Potomac. Expensive, but worth it.

It’s overpriced!! The shower is horrible, not water pressure. We bought some chip in the shop at the lobby and at checkout we found out they applied an automatic tip for “chips “ in our room bill. We ordered room service breakfast and they brought it in bags!! With plastic utensils and not trays or anything!! And they added an automatic tip to it as well and didn’t mentioned it or said anywhere, so we tip on top of that!! At checkout they charged $25 for “resort fee” MGM hotel doesn’t have anything to be called resort!! With all we spent $590 for one night !! Way too expensive for what we got!!! I don’t recommend it to my family and friends!! It’s not worthy if you plan to go to the casino stay there, stay in one of the hotels around and get an Uber!!! Don’t stay at MGM hotel!!!

A treat to see such a stunning hotel. Loved everything except the mini bar which is scary. Did not see the tiny notice until I already put a bottle of water in it. Seems you are charged if you alter or move anything, or remove an item for over 60 seconds. I panicked and there was a charge for $50 but the desk clerk removed it when I told him I had never encountered this before and the notice was not something one reads before opening the fridge. He was very kind and said he understood. Loved him. DO not touch the fridge unless you want to pay the $50 charge or $4 a coke.. Do not touch the items or move. The display in lobby was stunning. Great location. Five dollar shuttle works all day and half the next and takes you to the Harbor area. One other caveat. The shower is separate, as is the toilet (in a place by itself with a door. Sinks are outside. If you step outside of the shower to change and dry, you are in full view of everyone in the room. T here is a gauze, thin, see through curtain you can pull over, that gives no protection against being seen. Unusual configuration. All in all nice place. Of course overpriced but good for an experience.

Gorgeous property. The views from the main deck/platform are simply amazing. This is not just a hotel and Casino. This is a gorgeous resort with shopping and fun activities near by in National Harbor. Truly fantastic experience!
