Outstanding hospitality

Initially disappointed that location was not close to the water, but your friendly staff and conveniences quickly made up for it. Your shuttle service was great and took us wherever we wanted to go. Your restaurant staff was outstanding and the food was excellent. We especially enjoyed the hospitality of chef James and bartender Carlos. They were very friendly and helpful. Happy hour prices were reasonable. My only criticism is I am concerned about safety features in the bathroom. The bottom of the tub was very slippery. I put a hand towel in the bottom to give me some traction. Making things worse was the fact that there were no grab bars or anything to hold if you would happen to slip. I can potentially see a nasty fall and a lawsuit. Also the bed was very high and difficult for us to climb into. The bed is a minor issue but concerns us as senior citizens. Overall we enjoyed our stay and will be back if we are in the area again.

Never made it inside There was a drug deal in the back parking lot. The guy started yelling at me. I tried calling the front desk no answer. I called the travel agent to help and they tried calling no answer. The Harborside manager just wants their money so they took the money but I would rather be safe and be out $180.

Overall great stay... The connecting doors between rooms, are awful. I dont know if they are paper thin or it was the 1" gap at the floor, but you can hear EVERYTHING from the adjoining room.

Nice Hotel but Bad Experience

The hotel was nice but there must have been a field trip occurring during my stay. My floor had a bunch of middle school aged kids that ran around the halls and kept yelling early in the morning and throughout the night. I notified the front desk but they never did anything about it. Also, each time I called the front desk from the in room phone they would hang up on me. The bed was comfortable and the shuttle service was convenient.
