I booked the room in the middle of the snowstorm to make sure I had a place to go just in case we lost power. I called the staff Saturday night and they told me that they were waving the cancellation fees so that if I wanted to cancel it later on that evening I wouldn't be charged. Well I did go ahead and cancel it and got charged anyway because they told me I did it after midnight and now won't refund my money that's pretty terrible in the middle of a national emergency

I wonder if they can start considering that some people have traveled for 24 hours are beyond exhausted and cannot get up at 6 AM to have breakfast especially when 6 AM is really 3 AM to them. So we did not have any breakfast and that’s fine.

First time at a Tru and didn't realize there are no drawers or closet for storing clothes. Seemed very minimalistic and not meant for more than a 1 or 2 night stay.
