Renovated beautifully inside since my last stay. Owner remembered me as a previous guest and welcomed me back like each time before. Suite is outstanding being roomy, well arranged, and a place I’d stay again.

Stephane and Mr. Clark provided excellent customer services during our visit. Both are wonderful Ambassadors assisting guests with a kind word and a big smile welcoming all. Room was very clean. Only complaint would be the bed was very firm which is not our preference.
Had good luck with Best Westerns recently so we tried this one. This is an old motel that has been redone and it is not good. Smells old, no carpets, hard hard beds, very load in the rooms. Feels like you are sleeping in a warehouse.

The Best Western Butner Creedmoor Inn was an outstanding hotel experience. The staff is so accommodating and friendly. Check ih and check out was also very quick. It is wonderful to not hear doors slamming or people talking. I had a great night's sleep which is usually difficult when I am traveling.. Thank you for the wonderful experience.
I'll start with the good. The workout area was small, but nice. The pool was clean and refreshing. That's about where it ends. I had requested a room with ADA accommodations. Upon arrival, we were informed the request wasn't on the reservation because I booked through a second party. The beds were hard and uncomfortable. The toilet handle required two hands to push the lever down to flush. Very difficult for someone with an impairment. The room had not been cleaned thoroughly. There was a used make-up applicator still on the toiletry stand. Speaking of complimentary toiletries, there was a small container of lotion, shampoo, and one face soap bar. Nothing for body wash or conditioner. There were two large towels. I've never been to a hotel that didn't provide two towels per person. The complimentary breakfast was horrible. Gravy tasted spoiled. Wafflemaker didn't work. English muffins were stale. We didn't try to eat there the next day. Being unfamiliar with the area, I was at a disadvantage. Would not stay there again. Very disappointing stay.
