"The staff was not what we have experienced at other hotels on the island. We did not receive our towel cards and when we asked for towels, my husband was met with major attitude. The attendant kept quizzing him on our room number and telling him “try again” when finally he realized we were right all along. Weather wasn’t great, but totally swimmable and all slides were shut down which was our only reason for spending the money on the resort. Also, only hot tubs are 18+. That being said, if you’re over 18, the upper pool deck is awesome. Location is great, it has a nice arcade. "
