The unit was well equipped and was everything is was advertised to be. We have stayed at nearly every one of the complexes at Waikoloa beach resort through out the years and this one was one of our favorites. It is so close to shops and restaurants that we could walk there any time to enjoy a coffee, a meal or grab some groceries. The temperature of the pool was perfect and the complex was clean and well manicured.

This rental property checked all the boxes for us! The property was clean and had all the amenities for a week long stay. The location is excellent! Very close to the local market in the Queens shops, were they had pretty much everything for food selections. I tried the Prime Rib Loco Moco - really good!! We brought our clubs and took advantage of the golf course that is on the property. Lava Lava Beach Club is a short walk away and is ideal for on the beach dining and watching the sunset. Overall, we were very pleased with this property and the management at Resortica were very helpful and answered all our questions we had. They provided detailed arrival and departure instructions. We plan to revisit in the very near future!

The shower doors could use a good scrubbing. Even with a squeegee they still require a good cleaning. My daughter and I had a good time. Overall the condo was excellent.

Golf course vista

Exceptionally clean, nice condo. The view of the golf course is beautiful, the wildlife such as nenes, geckos, mongooses, cattle egrets is amazing. Although no barbecue grill on the lanai, several high-end Weber grills are a short distance away next to the pool. I cooked great ribeyes on one. Many kitchen utensils provided; beyond the basics. A couple of small nitpicks: couldn’t adjust the louvres on the master bedroom blinds. Also, noise from unit above—which is just a function of having anyone occupying that unit. I’m sure the management people would have fixed the blinds, but I just left the blinds as they were (mostly closed).

Rest, Relaxation and Fun

This was the perfect place for my family. The location is perfectly situated to walk to the shops and the bay. The home was the most organized I have ever stayed in. The kitchen had all the supplies and equipment we could want. The remodeled home was really well done with high end materials. The owners did a fantastic job! This is definitely a great place to stay. The communication with the rental agency was very responsive and very helpful. THANK YOU!

February Visit

This is one of the nicest Waikoloa Beach properties. We have stayed in a number of apartments here, including others in Fairway Villas. The apartment was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and in a great location for the shops and beach. The kitchen was well equipped, the beach gear served us well for several visits to Hapuna Beach. Overall a great experience.

Our own oasis!

We absolutely loved this property. We traveled as a family of 4 ( plus my MIL) and this unit was perfect. It is situated at the back on the property which made for quiet morning coffee and quiet evening drinks on the lanai. It was a great spot to watch the golfers, the birds and the little mongoose on the golf course. It was a 12 minute walk to A bay where we saw turtles our first day there. We regularly took advantage of both Kings and Queens shops for coffee, shopping and dining. The infinity pool was a great way to cool down in the afternoon and a great escape from the wind later in the day. The beach chairs, coolers, games and books added to the property and made it easy for all of us to do our own things while still enjoying time together. Would highly recommend and we will be back!!
