Retirement trip

Wonderful Condo

The only thing that was listed wrong was the guest bedroom bed. It was a full size not a queen measuring 54 x 75. A queen is 60” x 80”. This is really important if you are tall or large!!

Relaxing, Peaceful Location

Thank you for a relaxing getaway during our trip to Hawaii! The penthouse was in perfect condition and it felt like coming home after our adventures of the day. Although it was super close to a number of shops and walking distance from the ocean, it was a peaceful retreat that also allowed us to just hang out. Thank you and mahalo!

What an amazing property and location! This property has it all. Very well stocked kitchen and amenities, great deals offered at the golf course, and great communication with owners. Hope to return again someday!

Great location and great host!

We had an amazing 6-night stay over the Christmas holiday. The condo is located in an awesome spot that is close to shopping and numerous beaches, some even within walking distance (we like to walk!). Everything that we needed was provided for - tons of beach towels, blankets, snorkeling gear, wagons, an umbrella, chairs, sand toys, etc. When we discovered that we were missing grilling tools, the host and the concierge were ON IT and we had everything that we needed by dinner time. I would 100% recommend this condo!

A Magical Time

What you do on a vacation is just as important as where you stay each night. There's something about coming back each day to a beautiful property that provides security and comfort. We certainly had that with this villa. We're lucky we were able to book it at such a busy time of year for most travelers. Virginia is fantastic. She is not only very friendly, but talk about communication. She was prompt and made sure to check in with us prior to our trip and again to make sure we had everything we'd need for our stay. The villa itself was exactly as pictured and described. It's in a gorgeous, gated community with only two Villas per floor. Her villa is well-appointed and the sofa and bed were so comfortable! We had just about everything we needed and anytime we needed anything, Karlynne (the concierge) readily responded. The large washer and dryer and dishwasher assured that we'd be right at home. The resort is lovely, fairly quiet, with a large resort pool and Jacuzzi. There's also an elevator in each section which was very helpful. And even better, just across the street and further down the street are two fairly large shopping centers for all your needs. Again, we thank you for opening your beautiful home to us. We hope to visit again. The only slight con was that there wasn't any laundry detergent or dryer sheets available to use even though check-out asks us to start a load of used towels and sheets. It wasn't a problem, but thought you should know.

Great Condo and Location

The condo is lovely and in a great walkable location to shopping and restaurants. Well stocked kitchen, lots of beach toys and easy parking. Communication with owners was great. Highly recommend to anyone considering renting.

Everything was great except the carpets in the carpets need to be replaced (ripples in the bedroom carpets cause tripping) and the area carpet in the dinning area needs fixing (corner will not stay down, which caused daily tripping).

Beautiful Golf Course Location

This property is very nicely decorated and very comfortable for a family or couples. The kitchen has everything we needed along with a great dining area and a really nice covered balcony for outdoor eating and relaxing. It is directly on the 3rd fairway of the Lakes Course and a nice view of the lakes and surrounding golf course. The bedrooms & beds are very comfortable. The complex has two pools, one with a shallow area for small children a few minute walk through the complex and the second is directly across from the condo. The garage has many body boards, flippers/snorkel's, umbrellas and beach chairs to choose from. The beach is about a 10min walk or short drive from the complex along with Hapuna Beach State Park about 15min drive north.

Beautiful Resort Area

Very nice and quiet property. The whole condominium villa complex is extremely well maintained. Easy 10 minute walk to the beach. Shops and excellent restaurants nearby. Only rented a car for part of our stay. Both hotels nearby have car rental agencies. We loved our time staying in Waikoloa Beach.

Perfectly Relaxing Getaway

We had everything we could want or need in our beautifully appointed condo, in and out! And everything close by to explore, relax by A-bay, snorkel, walk, shop, eat, golf, so much to pick from or do nothing at all! I'll be daydreaming until whence I return... Mahalo and Aloha!

Big Island Oasis

Paradise on the Big Island of Hawaii

Words cannot express how amazing this property was, as well as the Owners. Property is even greater than website states. Impeccable Condo, and grounds. Property owner, Virginia was helpful, kind, and extremely punctual throughout any communications. This was our first trip to the Big Island, and it was truly 2 weeks in Paradise. Fabulous property

We absolutely enjoyed our stay and this place is a perfect location if you,d like to stay close to the beach. Clean, comfortable apartment and the concierge was super helpful. When we checked in, the water and ice dispenser in the refrigerator were not working. They made sure to drop of big water bottles for us which really helped. Thanks again for the great stay. We will definitely recommend this to friends and family.

Perfect Stay in Paradise
