Beautiful and well appointed condo centrally located in Waikaloa resort. The owner thought of everything, there were plenty of essentials (TP, Paper Towels, laundry detergent,etc.). Well decorated and clean. Pool and property facilities were top notch. All the beach equipment you need. Thanks Chris and Virginia!

The unit was perfect for our stay. Great location. Pool and exercise room right there. The unit had all the extras you didn’t even know you needed. Made many meals and the kitchen was well stocked with anything you need, including a pineapple cutter. The complex is very quiet which we appreciated.

Retirement trip

Big Island Oasis

This property and location are top notch and a great spot to enjoy all the big island has to offer. Virginia and her on site staff are excellent communicators and very helpful and informative. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location

We stayed 6 weeks at this location and had perfect weather every day! The pool area is beautiful and the condo was very comfortable. There are many places to walk, for exercise, dining and recreation. Many golf courses close by as well.

Beautiful home away from home

A beautiful condo in a great spot. We loved our relaxing stay. On-island contacts were prompt and very helpful with a minor kitchen appliance issue. I would highly recommend this condo!

Awesome location and space!

What a great trip! We loved the space and the location is amazing. The Walkability is golden! Also loved the pool and gym. The condo was also very well stocked.

Great Condo and Location

The condo is lovely and in a great walkable location to shopping and restaurants. Well stocked kitchen, lots of beach toys and easy parking. Communication with owners was great. Highly recommend to anyone considering renting.

Beautiful Resort Area

Very nice and quiet property. The whole condominium villa complex is extremely well maintained. Easy 10 minute walk to the beach. Shops and excellent restaurants nearby. Only rented a car for part of our stay. Both hotels nearby have car rental agencies. We loved our time staying in Waikoloa Beach.

Relaxing, Peaceful Location

Thank you for a relaxing getaway during our trip to Hawaii! The penthouse was in perfect condition and it felt like coming home after our adventures of the day. Although it was super close to a number of shops and walking distance from the ocean, it was a peaceful retreat that also allowed us to just hang out. Thank you and mahalo!

Perfectly Relaxing Getaway

Waikoloa paradise

This property was a dream! Very, very spacious for the 3 of us, tastefully decorated, impeccably clean and stocked up with everything we needed and much more. The villa complex is right across the street from a strip mall with a grocery store, coffee shop, restaurants and others. The beach is a 10 minute walk and it’s fabulous. We will definitely return!

Everything was great except the carpets in the carpets need to be replaced (ripples in the bedroom carpets cause tripping) and the area carpet in the dinning area needs fixing (corner will not stay down, which caused daily tripping).

Fabulous property

We absolutely enjoyed our stay and this place is a perfect location if you,d like to stay close to the beach. Clean, comfortable apartment and the concierge was super helpful. When we checked in, the water and ice dispenser in the refrigerator were not working. They made sure to drop of big water bottles for us which really helped. Thanks again for the great stay. We will definitely recommend this to friends and family.
