I stayed here for one week never got my room, clean my housekeeping I found mail sexual toys underneath my bed roaches infested, poor plumbing conditions poor living conditions missing drawers from out dresser, dirty syringes from other people stand in my hotel room in my new hotel room smell horrible in the whole building there’s trash bags laying around the stairwell. I am very disappointed in how this company is taking care of their property.

There was roaches everywhere and the manager refused to give us a refund when we asked to cancel out stay. It was unacceptable and unsanitary staying in there hotel

This hotel was an absolute nightmare. The staff never cleaned the rooms—I have pictures showing the filthy carpets, dirt everywhere, and rat droppings. There was no toilet paper in the room, the ceiling was falling down, and most of the lights didn’t even work. The elevator was broken, so I had to walk up to the third floor, and when I asked for a different room, the staff got visibly upset instead of helping. The couch and chairs were missing cushions, making them unusable, and the overall condition of the room was disgusting. On top of it all, the staff were incredibly rude and unprofessional. This was by far one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had.

This is by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. It should be removed from "Hotel.com." This is an example of what a complete remodel should take place or close. Bugs, roaches, other pests. Loud noises (human) and music outside. BAD.

Was 1st assigned a room that was already occupied. Given another room that was not cleaned, sheets and bedding on counter. Wet dirty towels on the bath floor. Given a third room with dead roaches on the floor. I was exhausted and their excuses was they were doing construction… 1-10… it’s a1.. wound not recommend to anyone.
