In a quiet, safe neighborhood, you’ll be just 15 minutes from downtown Waco and minutes from Helberg BBQ, Lake Waco, trails, and more.

KITCHEN:
The fully stocked kitchen has everything you need for cooking and entertaining, including pots and pans, baking sheets, quality knives, a coffee maker with milk frother, sweeteners, and a wide selection of teas. A separate dining area flows into the kitchen, making it easy for groups to gather and enjoy meals together.

LIVING ROOM:
The living room features a spacious layout, custom built-ins, and a 65" Smart TV—perfect for movie nights. You’ll also find plenty of board games, card games, kids’ activities, and outdoor games like bean bag toss and ladder golf.

EXTERIOR:
Pickleball lovers - good news! A full backyard pickleball court is ready for play. Court lines will be taped 11/30 and professionally painted in early January. The court is fully usable now, and we provide paddles and balls for your convenience.

BEDROOMS:
The home includes three cozy bedrooms:
• Bedroom 1: Queen bed
• Bedroom 2: Queen bed
• Bedroom 3: Trundle with both Full + Twin

We had the best time at the Sunflower retreat! The charm and all the special touches made our weekend absolutely perfect for our family graduation/Christmas celebration.I could go on and on about how much we loved the house and all the well thought-out amenities, but I’ll just list a few favorites - quiet country charm, lovely theme/decor, outdoor lighting/seating/PICKLEBALL COURT!!! The hosts were wonderful! I reached out a few times the week before; they responded quickly and positively. They even put up a Christmas tree just for us!
