Nice property for the price. Our only complaint was how dated it was. Staff was nice. Room was clean (most important for us), shower was hot and water pressure was great. It’s a very convenient location and no parking issues. Overall good experience.

The staff was very nice and helpful. One morning the “Breakfast Lady” even came to our room to see if we overslept and missed breakfast. That was so sweet of her! We really enjoyed our stay.

I guess you get what you pay for. Hotel in L shape and elevators are only at the one end so if you are way at the other end you either have stairs or lots of walking to get to other end. Door was a little off balance so we put a chair in front of the door to make sure it would stay closed and locked all night. There was hair all over the shower walls it was like eye level so someone purposely put it there. So shower was not cleaned. We got 2 rooms , our son and daughter in laws room smelled horrible so they moved them to another level. Breakfast was included, consisted of fruit, 1 type of bread(toast), 2 types of frozen bagels- they tore as you tried to cut them, 3 types of waffles, oatmeal. Front desk staff very nice and helpful. Outdoor pool was not open this early. Location is great. It is across the street from the beach/ocean. You can actually see the water from certain rooms. Property was overall ok trash around but it was very windy out

This a motel in the truest sense. People actually live here. The room was clean, the water was hot, and you’re on Atlantic, right across the street from the beach. Not quite sketchy but definitely not upscale.

The part of the property I stayed on was very old and outdated; the rooms were much better on the balcony side. I selected a room with a kitchen that I didn’t bother to use because the stove was rusty, the silverware dirty, not sure if the sponge was new because it was not wrapped in plastic. Staff was very helpful.

Nice room for a weekend getaway. Staff was very nice. We were able to have a room on first floor and park right in front. I gave 4 stars because it could use a little updating.

The hot water went out in the room while I was taking a shower. Contacted front office and the manager, Kerri sent maintenance up. Maintenance couldn’t work on the hot water while we were in the room. We were given a room key to a room that was across the property and told to shower there. This property has outdoor access to the rooms so it wasn’t just easy for me to dry off with soap all over me and walk outside, across the property to reshower in another room. There was no compensation for the inconvenience of not being able to shower, only “I said I’m sorry.” Will definitely never stay there again. The cleanliness of the room wasn’t great and the towels were stained, as well.

Absolutely no sense of security as the doors to the hotel rooms are outdoors and the elevator is at street level and open to the public. Rooms are extremely sparse and dirty. Elevators and building itself had visible dirt and decay. I choose not to stay despite not being able to get my money back, that’s how bad it was.
