The house was extremely dirty with cobwebs everywhere, food wrappers were found under beds in the basement, cat hair on furniture which set off multiple allergies of our occupants, and general scrum in bathrooms, around toilets and in the living areas, basement toilet was not working and flooded the downstairs upon first use during arrival, the entire basement had a sewer smell during our stay, linens on multiple beds were missing, kitchen was missing a lot of basic utensils and cups, for example there were only 4 forks when we arrived, thermostat heat settings were locked at 71 degrees and the house was freezing because the thermostat was centrally located in an area without windows so any room that had windows was freezing and we were locked out of adjusting the heat settings, the beds were extremely uncomfortable and the furniture looked like it had been found on the side of the road and brought in. Probably the most disgusting aspect was that we found mouse/rat droppings in multiple kitchen drawers and cupboards as well as in the basement, multiple doors didn’t close or stay shut including the bathroom door off of the living room where everyone gathered so we had to stack books behind the door any time someone needed to use the bathroom. I would absolutely look elsewhere and would not recommend anyone stay here for the price.
