A Shore Pleasure at Playa Rana

A Shore Pleasure is located in the heart of the Resort Area, and this cozy condo is waiting to welcome your family to a fun-filled Virginia Beach vacation! It is only a block and a half to the beach and boardwalk, making it ideal for smaller families. It is also within walking distance to restaurants, shops, bike rentals, and many other activities. The living room has a 55" HD Flat screen TV and DVD player, and leads to a balcony. The living room opens to the kitchen with a kitchen table that has seating for 6 people. There is also a full bath off the hallway.

**Property does not include soaps, paper products, or bed making service. Rentals 30 days or more do not include linens**

Bedroom 1 has a King bed, private full bathroom with a stand-alone shower. Bedroom 2 has a Pyramid Bunk with a trundle bed.

FAMILY GROUPS ONLY AND MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY: Tenancy is reserved for family groups only, as authorized by Agent s contracts with the property Owners. No gatherings or events are permitted. No high school, college, civic, or other non-family groups are allowed to lease property without prior approval. Identification must be furnished upon request and Tenant is required to sign lease agreement with Agent which will be emailed upon booking. The occupancy limit, as stated in Agent's advertising, cannot be exceeded. Occupancy count includes children. Hello, I recently stayed at PlayaRana property. Unfortunately, I was not satisfied with my stay because I found cockroaches in the unit. This made the experience uncomfortable and not up to the cleanliness standards expected. I would like to report this issue and request assistance regarding a resolution.

The place was nice and clean. Fan in bedroom has a broken leg and is very sharp, the commode in bathroom gets stuck and keeps running. The washer is very loud.
