Everything was great. One suggestion: enable a type of bar-code for guests who purchase self-parking to automatically open gate upon scanning it. Getting car in and out was a bit of a hassle. Not nearly as bad as NOI Vitacura's basement spiral going 4 levels below ground, but still an extra step to get out. I think this is a common theme for Chile cities though - car usage is somewhat inconvenient in cities, streets are narrow, parking is awkward. Other than that though - this hotel was absolutely wonderful!
