Novotel in Viña Del Mar has no English Channel news at all which is very disappointing. Staff are very friendly & helpful. Food in the restaurant is very good. Shower glasses needs attention.

I like this property because it is within walking distance of the supermarkets. The room is very spacious, with an incredible partial ocean view. However, the restaurants could improve attentiveness to lunch and dining options when serving. The food was okay, but I hope to see some flavor enhancements. Overall, it is a great place to stay in Vina del Mar.

Grossly over priced and mismanaged.

The hotel offers a kettle yet only two sachets of coffee and no creamer for a 9 night stay. On arrival I asked reception for creamer and they sent me 6 blocks to a supermarket. The following morning reception again I asked for coffee once again they sent me to the supermarket. The air-conditioning is quite yet the traffic noice is overpowering. The pool and deck area are pleasant.Breakfast below average unless you like eggs. Beware cleaners will not clean your room if you are inside a lot of sex predators apparently. They roll up at 5.30 pm and demand you leave your room which I refused as I was getting in the shower. Room did not get cleaned for 3 days despite me informing reception at 9am and 1 pm I was going out therefore good time to clean the room needless to say it did not happen. With no explanation money appears to have gone missing from my room this was almost a week ago. I asked to speak to the manager to no avail all I was told they are aware. Since leaving I have sent two emails and no response. It is clear the manage do not have an idea how a hotel functions. Guests being sent to a supermarket to get milk cleaners demanding you leave your room. I did stay at the Novotel in Phu Quoc Vietnam in December and it was excellent I thought I would book Novotel in Vina del Mar a mistake on my part.

Todo excelente, atencion, habitacion, ubicacion, desayuno. Lo único extraño es que solo puedes encender la luz del baño si enciendes la de toda la pieza, no se si fue una pifia de esta pieza puntualmente, pero por nuestra corta estadia ni preguntamos.
