Spectacular summer house of 450 Mts, 5 large bedrooms for 15 passengers and barbecue.

 1st level, large double bedroom in independent and private suite, double window with beautiful view of the volcano and gardens with large bathroom and private toilet and an adjoining bedroom for younger children, with bunk beds and a bed of 1.5 seater total 5 passengers.

2nd Second level, large bedroom for 5 with matrimonial plus 3 beds of 1.5 seats.

3rd Second level, double bedroom with lake view.

4th Second level, triple bedroom with three 1.5-seater beds.

3 bathrooms: Suite, visit and second level, all bathrooms with shower. Capacity for 15 people, large house with independent kitchen and equipped with refrigerator, microwave, gas stove, wood stove, dining room for 14 people, large living room, pantry, laundry equipped with washing machine, barbecue equipped with grill, table and bar. Covered parking and open capacity for more than 30 cars. Terrace and large gardens. Only five minutes by car to the beach.

We also have a room for catering and events, birthdays, baptisms, marriages, celebrations in general.

We are only 5 minutes from the main beaches, 10 minutes from Pucon. Also very close to the volcano hot springs casino supermarkets etc.

For entertainment, guests can expect to find TVs. Private pools, kitchens, and washing machines are also available.
