This 3-bedroom house is perfect for your escape to Victoria. With 2 queen beds and 1 king bed, guests will find comfort and relaxation in this enchanting property. The bathroom comes equipped with a hair dryer for added convenience. Book now and enjoy everything this house has to offer. This is the main unit in a triplex.

More than 1000 sf space. With full kitchen and a cozy living room. It will be a home away from home. We are only renting this space out this summer. This is our home that we chose to share with tourists over the summer.

Infants welcome. No pets no smoking. Off-street parking available. You might contact me if you need more than one parking spot. Laundry room onsite.

This property certainly has potential. However, it also still needs work. As we pulled into the driveway to park around back, the front area was overgrown with weeds. Around back, there were piles of construction trash (boards and plastic buckets) and through the window into the lower level, we could see piles of supplies, packages with kitchen knives, and cleaning equipment. The house was only accessible via a full set of stairs, (with a top stair larger than standard and at an angle, making entrance more difficult) which made it difficult for one of our party who has arthritis in her hip. The description didn’t mention this or we would have chosen a different lodging. The main door in is thin and wooden with an upside down and small bolt lock. It did not give us great confidence of safety. The bathroom door is also old and wooden and only stays shut when latched with a small bolt lock. One of the bedrooms had a keyed hasp lock ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE ROOM…this made me very uncomfortable as someone could lock us INTO the room. Another bedroom had window blinds that were metal and bent in such a way as to make it impossible to completely block the view through the window. Overall, if we had seen the property as it appeared to us, we would have chosen another place.

Nothing Fancy!

We needed an affordable 3 bedroom place gor the weekend. This was ideal, good value centrally located. It worked for b/c we realky only required a place to sleep and prepare breakfast. If you are looking for comforts, ammenities, or a NICE vacation property this probably isn't it. It was functional for what we needed. A basic affordable 3 bedroom accommodation.

Excellent location and cozy house! We were visiting Victoria to celebrate my sister’s graduation from UVic and it was great for working remotely, 5-15 min driving distance and bus available to downtown and UVic. It was great to have a parking spot. The place was very clean and was perfect for having dinner with family.
