Luxury features include heated granite floors, recording studio grade soundproofing, comfortable lounge seating, and commissioned original paintings from local artists. Your private and spa-like ensuite bathroom is equipped with a rainfall shower and wall jets, and heated marble floors. Stay connected for business or personal use with private gigabit ethernet and Wi-Fi 6 connectivity, and numerous streaming services on the 4k TV.

We loved the setup! Beautiful new home. Owner lives in an upstairs unit. There's a private entrance around back with automatic sensor lighting. There are 2 units, with a lovely common area containing a very well stocked kitchen and full size washer and dryer. Everything was pristine. 6 minutes from Victoria waterfront. Can't day enough good things aboutb this apartment!!

Host was very responsive and allowed us to check in early. The room was very clean and modern and bed was comfortable. Amenities were plentiful. The air conditioner is quite loud however, so our sleep was disrupted and it took us a while to figure out the shower. Just a regular shower head would've sufficed.

I can’t say enough GREAT things about this property and host! We stayed here the night before and the night of my wedding, and it was perfect. I asked if I could use the space to get ready the morning of, and both the host and the neighbor couldn’t have been more welcoming. They left us a heartfelt note on the bed, which truly set the tone for the day. Our shared-space neighbor was the sweetest, she came out just to wish me a happy wedding day!
