Needs elevator for seniors to make it to the 3rd floor easier!! Stay was pleasant!!

Awesome bed & pillows that smelled fresh. Fireplace in my room!! Clean fridge and microwave and coffee maker in room. Would live here forever if I could....perfect view of the sunset over the ocean.

I didn't like the location. Good thing is that there is tennis club next door. The bath room sink doesn't smell good.

I needed a place for a short overnight business stay (in at 10PM, out at 7AM) in Ventura and this hotel was right off the highway and reasonably priced. The rooms were nice enough, as were the grounds, but between the highway and the trains, it was a bit noisy.

We had an ocean view room, I wish they would have had a balcony or the windows would have opened as the room was kind of stuffy. The girls at check in were very friendly and helpful. We ate at the restaurant on site, food was good and the waiter very nice and attentive.

A convenient location...easy access to HWY 101 for a quick overnight stay. Very spacious room and easy access to the beach.

This lovely hotel is sitting within easy walking distance of both a beach and downtown Ventura CA. It has beautiful gardens, a lovely pool and a friendly staff. The Restaurant is nice and has great food but a somewhat limited menu. The beds and pillows were very comfortable.

Love location, style, history, everything about the place. Staff was exactly what you want in traveling to a hotel

This is our second stay at the Pierpoint Inn and we enjoyed it even more that the last. They have finished the remodeling of the side building and did a wonderful job. Our room had a beautiful view of the ocean and the pier, the air conditioning was great and fairly quiet, the shower was good and the beds were very comfortable...everything we needed!

For spending close to $300 a night, it just wasn't worth it! It was as nice as some rooms I have paid less than $100 per night! Too much freeway noise as well.

Nice location, beautiful inside and outside.. Worth to stay anytime

Ventura (downtown and vicinity) was a nice getaway and this hotel was nice in many respects. It is a historical landmark (as much of Ventura is being renovated from historic buildings as well). We received one of the newly renovated rooms (downstairs) which boasted a wide - long hallway. Reminiscent of a dorm room, sadly. Perhaps some updated art and plants in those halls? But once we got in the room, the beds (Temperpedic) and furnishings including the carpet were nice and up to date. The biggest downside was the freeway noise. With all of the beautiful landscaping, it was hard to completely relax with the constant whizzing of cars and motorcycle noise. What are ya gonna do though - a nice view of the harbor, but... The pool - warm, inviting, towels were there and clean. We stayed for a Thursday and Friday night - would hardly know people were there. For a budget romantic getaway.

Lets start off with waking up....to TWO chainsaws buzzing away at 8am on the dot. The hotel is in the middle of a remodel....needs it bad. Rooms small, out dated and honestly smell bad (room 409). The room is clean, the bed is comfortable, wireless works well.

I got married and planned it in 4 days, overall everything was wonderful from communication via email and phone with Nicole to the dinner afterward, I was accommodated in everything I asked for. I got two cribs for my sons naps and my room was upgraded closer to my venue. Everything was above and beyond and everything I could have asked for. They let me hang my dress before check in as well as gave me and early check in. The only issue I had was with the way robin the server treated my guests at dinner. I saw how she gave them attitude perhaps because gratuity for my 30 guests was included. She was snippy and rude with them however to myself and my husband she was very nice. Kyle the bartender was great and our server for breakfast was amazing too! I love this place and had the best wedding I could ask for for a last minute planned trip.

We only stayed one night because we were just passing through. The staff was really nice. The bed was very comfortable. Best night sleep I have had in a hotel in a long time. Enjoyed the bar and fireplace in the evening. Had a great breakfast in the restaurant and enjoyed the oceanview.

The inn is within walking distance of the beach. The pier is very historical and interesting. The inn is within driving distance of downtown Ventura, Channel Island State Park, and the Harbor with 30 stores and restaurants right on the water. The hotel staff was very friendly and efficient. They were extremely accommodating for my sister who had broken an ankle and could not walk to the dining room. The pool was excellent. I cannot think of any negatives unless you stay on the first floor and have a noisy group above you. We did have that one night as we were on the first floor

Super clean and very friendly staff. The are super comfy

Our family had a great stay at the Pierpont. The room was spacious & the staff provided an extra roll away bed upon request, at no extra charge. Staff was very friendly. We lived that we could walk to the beach & pier- even had great tacos for dinner at BeachHouse Tacos on the pier. We enjoyed coffee in the sun on the quaint lawn area in the adirondack chairs. Will definitely stay here again

We had a lovely stay. The staff was super friendly and extremely helpful!
