Family trip with my two kids. Hotel has sports courts and pool with a closed jacuzzi spa. Restaurant has very good options and not expensive. Very good service at front desk. Rooms very clean and spacious. The only thing that need to be improve is pillows.

10 bucks per night, for parking is unheard of. Carpet was filthy. 160 bucks a night and that dosent include breakfast

The hotel was very easy to get to and there many things to do in close proximity. The staff was always very kind and the room was clean. The air conditioner was rather noisy when turning on in the middle of the night, which kept waking us up. We had to turn it to the lowest setting in order for it to stay on and not wake us up. The shops around the harbor were very close, there were many stores and eateries near the hotel. We were even able to go to the Ventura County Fair that was taking place during our stay. It was a great three days.

The only thing that stood about this hotel was the spacious rooms. Service at the restaurant for breakfast was good, servers very polite!

My family and I have stayed here 3 times, and love it because it is half the price of the Santa Barbara hotels. We usually stay here spend a couple days around Ventura, then spend the other days in Santa Barbara & Solvang. The hotel rooms are clean, the staff very professional and helpful, the interior spaces have been upgraded. And this hotel sits in direct view of the Harbor. And the Hotel food is great! It is 3 minutes from the beautiful sandy Ventura Beach and nearby Marina Park. Also, it is 30 minutes from Santa Barbara; 1 hour from Solvang; 1.5 hours from Hearst Castle. And 10 minutes from Downtown Ventura, which is lively and has great restaurants, things to do and places to hang out. This is the BEST KEPT SECRET in Ventura Harbor!!!

Your helpful, friendly staff and fine amenities made my stay a very good experience. Thanks1

Broken hot tub....lenghty check in process . Maintenance started early and was noisy.

not a bad place at all but unfortunately I got stuck in a bottom level handicap room

Great service. Friendly staff. Location near marina and boat launch. Will likely return for future trips

My room smelled musty which was not a nice welcome. I was put in a handicap room which has a an awful shower with no tub that angles weird so its hard to get under the nozzle. On top of the substandard room they charge you $10 per night to park, so make sure add that into your nightly stay. Im sorry to say this but I wish i saved the money and stayed at a Motel 6 it wont be better but wont be worse, actually might have a better shower.

Had room for a family of five. nice courtyard for play.

Friendly staff. Had to pay $10 extra to have a microwave in the room (I found that strange). Parking is $10 each car (in a near empty parking lot) and I think you should at least get a parking spot included in the cost of your room. Lobby/restaurant bar had free draft beer and wine plus tasty appetizers from 5-630 Wednesday night which was very nice. Room was clean and cozy. Had a great nights sleep.

Great staff, great rooms! Very reasonably priced as well.

As soon as we walked in the Ladies in the front greeted us and were very nice and helpful. We ordered room service the next morning and the food was prepared just the way we wanted and was delicious. We loved the location as it was rite at the harbor and the ocean. I recommend if you haven't stayed here before you need to, awesome place. Danny

The breakfast was great with the self waffle makers. Rooms were clean and workers nice.

You have to take a shuttle or drive to the shops/restaurant. The room we booked (king, balcony, harbor view) wasn't available and was told it wasn't available even at the time I booked it on line, hmmmm?. We were given a handicap room with two queens, a sliver of a "harbor view," & on the end near the busy road. Only one hotel restaurant that we could find. The phone was dead in the room, and no information on nearby restaurants. Felt isolated. Cell phone to the rescue. $10 parking is "nickle & diming" your customer!!!

close to the harbor and shopping there. Staff was great and the room very comfortable

Staff were friendly, location was perfect, right on the harbor. Very clean and the enclosed jacuzzi was great!!

- $10 Parking Fee. - They gave us the handicap room, don't let them do that. - The bathroom floor was dirty with footprints when we got there. - The person who checked us in told us that check out was 11 a.m. when it was actually 12 p.m. - Security tried to kick us out of the hot tub at 10:30 p.m. when it actually closes at 11:00 p.m. We told him and he left us alone. - Bed was very comfortable, nice pillows.

Staff welcoming. Nice room and comfortable beds. Nice touches in the rooms like bottled water for making coffee. Good experience.
