Room was clean wiith easy access to the pool. Check in was quick and easy and the lady who checked us in was friendly snd had recommendatiions for local restaurants. Was very plessed with the room and overall experience. Would definitetely stay here again.

PROPERTY WAS BEING RENOVATED, FAMOUS RESTAURANT WAS CLOSED, I ARRIVED AT 11 AM, BUT THEY COULD NOT GET ME INTO MY ROOM UNTIL 5:30 PM.
The location of this property is amazing. Easy beach access to a fantastic beach. Friendly and helpful staff. The complimentary breakfast is awesome and historic value of the location is fun added unquiet aspect. Great location for people traveling with kids.
Was very good I liked the room good ocean view all good however thought was a bit much for a weekday stay and I was not given a receipt due to booking with you hmm not sure why
Breakfast was cold and unappealing
If there is one thing that needs to be improved, is the shower head ; it is installed in such an odd way that it looks like someone wasn’t thinking straight while designing the installation of the shower head and the size of the shower. Other than that that premises are beautiful
We stayed in the Vickers Estate, a building from the 1910s. Lots of good things about this hotel (good restaurant, warm pool, vintage rooms with ocean view, pet-friendly, walking distance to beach), but some room for improvement (pricey restaurant, no signs to find rooms, ocean view was past a freeway, A/C didn't work).
The location is great. The room smelled a bit musty. A bit dated.
