DO NOT STAY HERE! Guest beware!

place was dirty, floor was absolute filth , with dustballs throughout the property. the property lacked enough blankets. when we asked them for more blankets, they told us there will be an extra charge. i asked them to come see how many blankets they gave us, but they never came. we have a 1.5 yr old and a 5 yr old, they originally told us we had bottom floor, but they later changed our reservation to the very top floor. there is no elevator, i am an athlete and will say going up and down those stairs is exhausting. the bare minimum have a clean unit and have enough blankets.

Sehr guter Kontakt mit Vermietern und Kontaktperson per E-Mail und Whatsapp! Persönliche Abholung an der Vaporettostation, Begleitung zur Wohnung, alles wurde genau erklärt. Alles sehr unkompliziert! Die Wohnung ist sehr groß, mit allem Nötigem ausgestattet und bestens zentral gelegen. Mitten im Rialto-Hotspot! Sehr zu empfehlen!
