I was very hesitating to reserve a 2 star hotel when visiting Venice. My fears were completely unwarranted. The room we stayed in was beautifully renovated and the air conditioning worked extremely well. We stayed in a building behind the hustle and bustle of the small square the main lobby is in and we were thankful because it felt so private and it was very quiet. But at the same time there are many restaurants a minute walk and a store for essentials like water and snacks. Also the vaporetto stops for other islands (Murano, Burano, Lido, etc) are only a 4-5 minute walk away from the hotel. Overall we were very happy with the accommodations and the location.

The hotel put us behind its main reception area. We have to take a sketchy looking alleyway to the back and at first it seemed like we had made a mistake. However our room was beautiful and did not disappoint. We had the 2 floor apartment with bedroom and separate living room. It was very comfortable and they cleaned promptly every day.

Good location, friendly staff. No elevator. Good room. Sometimes noisy from other rooms. Clase to San Marcos

Helpful and friendly staff. Good location. Breakfast was also nice.

Nice location, room is small but expected for Venice. Very good value for the price.

We were located in the annex which is located behind the main hotel. Everything was nice and clean with very good cold air conditioning after a hot day exploring Venice mid summer. The décor was great as well! Will go to again!
