I do not have enough words to describe this precious hotel!! The decor is fabulous and the location is outstanding! The best part of this hotel is the amazing staff!! They are loving, kind, attentive, warm and above all helpful! It truly feels like a family there! I would recommend this hotel to absolutely everyone traveling to Venice!♥️♥️

We stayed here for two nights while visiting the sights in Venice. The Hotel Firenze is a small, very comfortable hotel, close to the Piazza San Marco. The taxi boat and main boat stop isn't far either, so it's a perfect location. Our room was tight with three of us, but was very nicely decorated and had everything we needed. We even got chocolate on our pillow at night which was a nice treat. The hotel was clean and the staff were helpful with directions and recommendations for places to eat, etc. Breakfast was included and consisted of cereal, yogurt, fruit, sweets, cheese and meats, etc. Certainly adequate. There is a small lift to help with luggage, and a roof top area on which to enjoy a drink or coffee. Easy to get around Venice from here, but plan to walk a lot and climb many stairs in this city. Just one tip about getting to hotels in Venice: please know that the main boats are crowded, and if you have a lot of luggage, the locals do not take kindly to you. It may be better to get a taxi boat from the train station, to wherever you stay. The Hotel Firenze was very helpful in calling for the taxi boat for us as well. Shopping is very close by, with many high end stores, many restaurants, gelato places and souvenir shops are everywhere. There is also a visitor information place close by this hotel, where you can arrange tours, you can ask for directions at the desk. We did not need to leave our luggage, but saw that the hotel allows you to check out, leave your bags and come back to collect them later. It was perfect for us!

what a cute little hotel! we stayed here in April 2017 and found the reception staff to be so friendly and helpful! they always made time to give us advice on what to see and where to eat. Breakfast was good and room was tiny but quaint! the cleaning service was very good and each day they left a delicious treat for us in our room. lovely balcony on top of hotel! very well positioned hotel with easy access to water taxi's, realto bridge, restaurants and of course the square! would definitely stay here again!

My husband and I recently stayed at the Hotel Firenzi. The hotel was located in an amazing location! We were warmly geeted by the staff. They were very helpful and spoke english very well. The hotel is charming! They served a lovely continental breakfast and delicious coffee! I would highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay there again. The room was very clean, the bed super comfortable. I loved the chocolates and amaretti cookies they left for us. My expectations were far exceeded.

Couldn't fault. Staff friendly and helpful, very clean, plenty of choice for breakfast. Enjoyed the location. Close enough to water taxis and places to visit yet not at all noisy. There was a lovely man playing accordion outside our window on the street each evening which we enjoyed - nice way to relax with windows open letting in cool night breeze. Would thoroughly recommend this hotel.

Excelent hotel to stay, just few steps from the Plaza San Marco. The room is clean, with everything that u need. U can enjoy in ur breakfast in balkony on the top of the hotel if u ask them, like we did ti. Everything was perfect, recepcionists with good English, one of them speak French, Spanish and very good English. I can't describe how much is perfect. All my recommandtion to stay at hotel Firenze in Venice.

Being in one of my favorite cities, we decided to try a boutique hotel this time instead of a chain. What a great place! The entrance is in an alley and around the corner. You can miss it! Look for the flags about the windows and then go down the little alley. The front desk staff were friendly and extremely knowledgeable for restaurants, entertainment, and shopping! They even give you a room key with a little tassel on it (but don't forget to return it to the front desk every time you leave!) The rooms are very classic with terrazzo flooring, period piece furniture, and Murano glass lighting. Some of the rooms open up with french windows for street and/or canal views. They just put in new bathrooms, so if you are a bathroom snob like me, they are very modern and clean! On top of the hotel is a roof deck for cocktails and amazing views! We didn't eat in their cute restaurant because its VENICE! Eat outside! Find a restaurant spontaneously! It's part of the fun.

Great position if you want to be near San Marco sq. staff super helpful. Gluten free options at breakfast. Best wifi never dropped out over the three days we stayed there. 5 minutes walk from the water bus stop. Room on the small side but I think all hotel rooms in Venice are. Very clean and comfortable.

Wonderful little hotel near St Mark's square. No water entrance but available boat dock drop off within block or so. This is a small boutique hotel. What separates this place from others is the wonderful service and recommendations from Andrea at the front desk. His is advice is spot on from places to explore as well as restaurants. Breakfast is included and an unadvertised extra is roof top terrace with views of Venice.

I am in Venice for the Venice Biennale and so there is a lot of walking and meetings for 4 days during the opening. So staying in a hotel literally 5 minutes away from the San Marco Water-bus stop is vital. It's close to all the shops and cafes, yet giving me a slight distance away from the madness of the Giardini and Arsenale where the Biennale is being held. One night, I was stranded somewhere after a party. There were no more private taxis and one gallery owner , bless her, took me home with her boat. And thankfully I happen to be next to her hotel, otherwise if I had been really out of the way, it may have been harder for her to take me. So thank you Firenze to be so close to San Marco and all the luxury residences.
