We stayed here for 2 nights during our tour. Its a nice hotel but not in the city centre, but the hotel has an excellent shuttle bus service into town. The bus stop is a 15 minute walk.Good buffet breakfast with hot food. The gas station outside serves coffee and crousonts.

We unexpectedly stayed here one night when our easyjet flight was cancelled. Lovely that the airlines covered all costs. The hotel staff was delightful and accommodating. Seemed like a lot of tour bus groups stayed here since out of the way from main Venice sights. But we learned it is a short 10 minute walk to city bus 6 or if you want to wait, the hotel shuttle goes into Venice starting around 9:30 and charges 9€. The rooms are worn out but suffice. The best part of the hotel is their buffet breakfast! Awesome selection of cheeses, meats, pastries, fruits, and a nice self-serve cappuccino machine. Thank you EasyJet and Holiday Inn for an extra night in Venice.

I stayed here as part of my Contiki Simply Italy tour. It was probably the nicest place we stayed during the entire tour. THE BED WAS SO AMAZINGLY COMFY!!!!! Also a very nice bathroom and shower. 5 stars.

Just came back from a 3 night stay at this hotel for my wedding anniversary. Had taxi from airport which cost 45 euros, on the return though we booked through the hotels shuttle bus service and it only cost us 35 euros, the hotel doesn't book this for you but when you see the shuttle bus outside you book with them. Arrived about 10.30 am so was way too early but the receptionist rang up and had a room ready within half hour. Used the private shuttle bus on first day and 3rd day, 9euros each return.had no problems but would recommend booking in advance as it does get busy.2nd day caught the no 6 bus into Venice instead of shuttle bus. You pay for ticket at reception, 1.50 euros each, one way so 6 euros in total for the 2 of us return.reception has maps showing how to get to bus stop, only about 10 mins walk and easy to find. This was our 2nd time in Venice in last few months as I love it there.we paid the 20 euros each on the one day for a travel card that you can use on the water taxis, used this to visit Venice Lido, such a lovely place and would highly recommend it.had lush burrito in the beach bar Blue Moon, stunning.the beach was lovely, you do get a lot of people trying to sell beach mats and perfumes etc but they weren't that much of an issue. We didn't eat in the restaurant but we did order pizza and bottle of wine through room service and it was delicious. The garage by the hotel sells snacks and wines also and a lot cheaper. All in all I would recommend this hotel, credit to the staff, really helpful and I would definitely return here.

Stayed here for two nights only used it as a base to sleep after sexploring Venice. We had the 3 day discounted rolling Venice travel card so we took advantage of it! Bus stop from hotel is not far no complicated to get to The bus No.6 runs every 20mins and roughly 15-20mins to get into Venice piazza Roma. Bus 6L doesn't go back to paleocapa stop it terminates in Emmer. Saturday's for locals there is a market hard to miss were on bus 6 heading into Venice we had to get off at bus stop Mercato!! Affordable ladies, men's,children fashion and homewares! Hotel maid only offers you a small iron which doesn't get hot enough to remove creases ,had to ask reception to get a proper steam iron!We didn't have breakfast or dinner here so cannot comment on food. We forgot to thank Luca from the hotel restaurant for his recommendation to go Burccano Jazz by Rialto you can hear the music whilst on the bridge, follow the music you won't be disappointed good food, ambience, ceiling display and cocktails!! Would stay here again clean, affordable, good base, friendly and helpful staff stayed in traffic facing room couldn't here the traffic, slept soundly!

We stayed for two nights. Reception staff were very helpful but we got different answers to questions from the staff, so some are more knowledgeable than others. The elevators are TINY, so we had to make several trips with 7 of us and our luggage. Our bathroom stank of mold when we arrived but it dissipated once we opened the door and window. The shower leaked like a sieve all over the floor, too.It was hard to find the hotel off the roundabout as it is tucked in behind a gas station, so make sure you exit into the gas station and then make your way to the hotel from there. We had laundry done and it was back the same day, bonus! Breakfast was ok but they will not open the door until 7 am, so too bad if you have an early start, they cater to bus tours in another room before opening breakfast to smaller group residence. The second day it was 7:05 before they opened the doors and there was a line waiting. We had lunch at the restaurant, the pizza was great. We had the unfortunate event of our car breaking down at the same gas station beside the hotel and for the few minutes we were dealing with the tow truck my purse was stolen, from right under my nose, so don't assume anything is safe from theft!

Old with tiny elevators but the staff and the location make up for any shortcomings. Finally a hotel that does laundry the same day and returns it before 5:00. Restaurant has an excellent breakfast and real Pizza that is better than any American Pizza period! Don't expect luxury or up to date rooms. Expect to be in the old city of Venice quickly though.

We picked this hotel that was close to Venice. It was only 1 bus ride away to Venice. The hotel was nice, but nothing around it. The staff was friendly and breakfast was good too. We also stored our luggage here.

The bed was one of the most comfy we had in our 18 days in Italy. The pillows were okay but still a little flat. The Duvet/Doona was amazing with feathers in it. The shower was okay however insufficient barrier meant the floor of the bathroom got a little wet. If you went to the toilet, you had to be a contortionist to get the paper, so we took it off the holder. There was a little spot/cupboard with "Bar" written on it, but opening up the door was an empty space, no bar fridge. No tea or coffee in the room either. The location is rubbish in terms of if you want restaurants for dinner within walking distance as there is nothing at all, your only option here is the hotel. Staff don't speak great english so if that's all you speak translation can be hard at times, but you'll getby ok. Overall nothing great, but not the worst either. If all your after is a bed you'll be fine.

We stayed 1 night in May 2017 in this hotel and are totally satisfied! The hotel is 5-7min taxi ride from Venice Mestre station (approx 17-18 euros). We got a nice, quiet room on the 4th floor. The room is very spacious, clean, well furnished. The toiletries were also nice. It was a relief that AC was working very well. Breakfast spread was really very good with croissants, home made cakes, fresh cut fruits, eggs etc. However the hotel is located very far off from the bus stop no.6 which takes you to Venice city, it was almost 10min walk and difficult to locate the 1st time. The shuttle bus runs not very frequently to venice. We travelled back to hotel from venice after 11pm in night and still it was safe and minimum crowd in the streets, so it felt safe. The wifi of the hotel was not working easily and couldn't connect for us, we ended up using our personal mobile data.
