Great stay! I went in thinking from other reviews that the air conditioner wouldn’t be working, but it worked very well! And the room was beautiful, unique, and had a cute little canal view. There are some stairs, but the employee at the front desk helped us carry our bags up. Helpful staff, great location, great room!

Everything in room very old. AC did not work and it was a real hot day. No one at counter to asssist. Will not stay here again. Hotel needs to invest some money and update, super old and run down. Tip, vacuum carpet, it looks like staircase has not been vacuumed in years.

Everything was perfect. The location was perfect, the hotel had a very vintage feel. The staff was great. Beautiful room,. Only complaint was the shower in the bathroom, the glass did not cover the tub well. Therefore water constantly leaked to the floors during a shower. We went through a lot of soaked towels during our stay to try to keep the floors dry. Other than that I loved it.
