It is quite trick to find the hotel, it is next to the ATM place. Even lost, the staff was super friendly and help me to accommodated. The hotel is beautiful, bed and pillows super comfortable and a really nice breakfast. Well located and cozy.

The staff are amazing and kindly held our baggage so we could explore Venice. When our room was ready they even delivered our bags to the room. We had an early morning departure and the staff were nice enough to have some breakfast options ready for us before our departure time.

The hotel was clean, decorated beautifully and great location. 15 min walk to the train station and near the coop, food options and shopping. However what makes this hotel so special is the staff. They were attentive, kind and ensured all of needs were met. I would highly recommend.

The building is beyond fancy and the staff are amazing. It's Venice, so the rooms are comically small, but yoy get that anywhere in the city at this price point. It's on one of the major tourist strips, the decor is appropriately fancy, the staff are amazing, wifi works well enough and there's probably a dozen cafes and restaurants within a five minute wall from your front door Only minor downside is that the utilities aren't very well maintained. Only two outlets in the room were working, the lights in the bathroom flickered, air-conditioning worked well enough but it was obviously dying periodically before coming back to life an hour later and only kept the room cool because it was so small and water pressure was non-existent. Building's several hundred years old though, so some jank is to be expected.

A lovely place to stay!

A lovely place to stay in Venice. The owners could not help enough, the room was great with marvellous air con. There are no lifts so if you have cases, be prepared to be fit! Nice breakfast and the location is right on the main island so you are ideally located to enjoy the bars and restaurants of Venice. Wonderful.

The room was nice and large by Venezia standards for the four of us. The ac didn’t work that well and we were in a separate building from the front desk and lobby where the included breakfast and lounge area was so i dropped one star for these. Location was great-easy walk to all the sites without being right in touristy marked up spots and crowds.

The hotel was very nice and in a good location. I noticed the food near the hotel was more reasonably priced compared to areas near the more busy sites. It was easy to walk but if you take the public water taxis to the nearest stop coming straight from the airport be prepared to take your luggage up the many staired small bridges in Venice. It was no problem for us but my parents struggled so a private water taxi would have been a better option. The staff at the hotel were very friendly, provided many great recommendations. Rooms are small but that is to be expected in a historic hotel. Very clean.
