Absolutely perfect quiet location. Walking distance to everything but so absolutely perfect to go back to this quiet retreat at the end of the day. The staff was beyond accommodating to any need or requests I had. They were so welcoming and friendly. Loved staying here for my solo Tuscany refreshing and renewing vacation.

Satisfied with service

The hotel location is excellent, directly adjacent to the Florence Duomo. It was a little difficult to find initially, as they don't have exterior signage. The hotel staff was excellent, and the room was great. I stayed four nights and enjoyed the hotel breakfast two mornings. It was hot in Italy during my visit, and the a/c was able to keep the room comfortable, but nowhere near cold.

Beautiful, quiet hotel which is every bit as elegant as it appears on its website. It is a five minute ride to the city center or a twenty minute walk but in the week we stayed there we never found this to be a significant issue.
