Staff were ok but freindly ,they want to charge for everything, house keeping finish 2:00 pm and if yiu want to clean your room after that there is no chance ,They also were charging for the coffe tablet in the room so what is the point to put a coffe machine in a suite and charge for the tablet ? No welcoming dring to Gold memeber .

We had one of the family suits. I was surprised how big, spacious and modern it was. We loved it! The property is beautiful and very clean. Flowers, koi fish pond beatiful, pool. Just amazing. The staff was very kind and attentive.

Nice hotel in a quiet location.

Close to the local buses for easy access to Varna, Varna airport and Golden Sands. Close to a supermarket and a short walk to the beach and the centre of St Constantine & Helena. A choice of restaurants and bars are within walking distance.

Family friendly and calm property allowing for a relaxing stay. However, staff neglected to clean the room on one occasion even if a reminder was sent to front-desk.. twice. This would have been fine if it wasn't for the fact that the bath tub was leaking on the floor of the bathroom after each use even with curtains properly placed, which required drying the floor with multiple towels. Shower head was not properly fixed and kept falling, as well as hair dryer. In summary, bathroom needs a lot of renovation love; the constant pools of water on the floor must have created a moldy environment which I wasn't keen on investigating further...

Nice hotel near the beach

Completely underwhelmed by the welcome we received on arrival both at reception and the restaurant (kept waiting, no apology, no smile), but we received a free upgrade to a lovely suite which was a nice surprise and very clean and comfortable. Kettle and small range of tea in room. The pool is also clean and spacious with plenty of lounge beds. The gym needs a bit of maintenance and was small and hot, but was adequate. Breakfast buffet was same every day, fruit was apples, spam instead of bacon, nice range of cold meats and cheeses, 3 cereals, 3 or 4 types of eggs, yogurt, cottage cheese. If you ask to borrow an iron, you get handed the iron and board over the counter at reception!! It was also hard to get service at the bar. The beach is a short walk away and is quite nice with a shower, as is a supermarket, various restaurants, and a mini golf to be avoided (frustrating, impossible, and not fun --par 3 is highly ambitious -- my scores were 8+-- and if you lose the ball in the dark expect an irate employee to demand 10 lev from you.) There is a market to walk through with a wide range of goods. The Bay is a great restaurant nearby (again the staff are not friendly but the food is excellent). The Butterfly House is a charming little outing where you can hold butterflies, see unusual and really large butterflies and caterpillars.

this hotel has been recommended by Dentaprime as a hotel who knows the requirements and needs of a dental patient. Unfortunately, this is not so. The dental appointments can start as early as 7:00 am but breakfast is not available before 7:30 am. There is also no room service for breakfast. Also, the most disappointing for me was that there is no coffee making facility in the room. Upon asking, I have been told that I would have to come downstairs to the bar and ask for my morning coffee. At extra charge of course and only consisting of a mini espresso, as the night shift did not know how to use that machine. So, if you come as a dentaprime customer, maybe you are better off booking an apartment,

A pleasant hotel.

I stayed here for 4 nights. It is quite close to the beach. It is tucked away with conifers that surround the pool area. There are plenty of sunbeds. The standard of food is good. I would stay here again.

The hotel looks beautiful and the decor throughout is very pleasant. The staff was very friendly and professional. Overall excellent stay and service. I can definitely recommend it as the best hotel at St.Konstantine and Elena.
