The buildings are run down and in poor shape. The weeds were higher than the shrubs, the lawn hadn’t been mowed and paint was peeling off the buildings. A spilled coffee stain in the lobby stayed there all day. The halls were dirty and desperately needed to be vacuumed. We were not charged a couple of days because we had a leak in our ceiling. We tried to find a different hotel but they were all booked.

Front desk drsss inappropriate. Pool closed for stay. Guest laundry closed. Mouse ran over my foot at breakfast.

The hotel staff tried to charge my mother-in-law for this room after I had already paid and then argued with her when she told her it was already paid for. Then on the second night she had kids banging on her door at 11:00pm. When she called down to the front desk to complain their answer was "what do you want me to do about it?" She was completely disgusted with the treatment from the staff. We will never book through this hotel again.

The facility is in a handy location for the conference I attended. The room was great. Breakfast was good quality. The staff made moving in and out efficient. Housekeeping did good work. Adequate electric outlets for all the stuff we charge these days. Room was just a bit crowded with 2 large beds, but that was not really a problem.

Staff was very helpful. We had to stay an extra day due to snow storm. Breakfast was barely ok.

Very helpful staff clean and comfortable room. Kids loved the pool. Nice variety of food for breakfast and within walking distance of restaurants

horrible treatment by staff
