You'll have the entire home to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.
Private Floor w/ Bath walkable to Downtown & VU
Walking distance to downtown and Valpo University. Large room with 3/4 bath and kitchenette area. 6'3" Ceiling. Queen size bed plus 3/4 full sleeper sofa. Complimentary coffee, water, WiFi, and TV (Prime, Fubo Pro, Paramount+). You occupy the space as seen in the photos which is the upper floor with your own private entrance. You also have one designated parking space that is on the property just steps away from the entrance. Housekeeping and laundry service can be provided for long stays (10+ days)... please contact me for details. Also, as of September 2025 I am new to this platform, but I've been renting this space out for almost 2 years with a nearly perfect rating :)
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a separate bedroom. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a microwave, a refrigerator, and a coffee maker.
