On the upper floor you will find a bedroom, bathroom and a terrace and on the lower floor, a kitchen, living room and a bathroom. The apartment has a central air conditioning and heating system on the lower floor and a split in the bedroom of the upper floor. The windows are double glazed so it is quiet. Excellently located in the center of downtown Valencia, close to everything!

A unique experience
It was just great to be in this flat in the center of the city just opposite to the markt. The communication was very easy to get the keys and for any help! The street was quiet and in the warm summer the air conditioning was welcome! I enjoyed my stay there very much!
