I’ve seen a few poor reviews for this hotel and I can’t think why . It’s a great hotel for less than €50 a night with friendly helpful staff the hotel rooms are clean with fresh towels everyday . And it’s right by the bus station and in a good location to get around the sights . Great hotel and I’d stay here again without hesitation .

Old hotel, very noisy,we woke up several times a night because of slamming doors etc. Breakfast is poor, serials and dry bread, not what we expected in modern Valencia. Rooms were rather clean. Close to metro.

On the plus side, the hotel was very clean, breakfast was a basic continental but of good quality. Staff were friendly and helpful. On the negative, the room in which we stayed needed a few little repairs. The main gripe was the safe wasn’t working. The toilet door lock was broke, the sink wouldn’t hold it’s water , but generally picky things. We would stay here again as it was in a good location, probably 20/ 30 minutes walk to the old town where it is a vibrant area. Ideal if you are using ALSA bus service as the bus station is 30 metres from the hotel. There is plenty to do around València with fantastic metro bus and taxis readily available.

The carpets in the room and in the halls were very dirty, we even found a large duat ball behind the curtains. My bed sheet was dirty on a corner. The breakfast was very poor and its quality also. No fridge in the room and the safe had no locker. If you wanted the locker you had to make a 10 € deposit at the front desk. It seems that it got stolen often. Even the soap and shampoo from the bathroom was cheap. The good thing is that is vis a vis the valencia bus terminal and that all rooms have a balcony. Every morning around 9 am we were waken by the noslise from adiacent rooms. I believe from the cleaning ladies and because of the marble floor. If you move furniture on it it makes a very loud noise.

Our first impression was a great location, easy walking distance of most amenities, and a clean room, although dated, with a good view overlooking the river bed park. It is one of very few hotels that we have found where you can use the shower without soaking the bathroom floor, excellent!. However facilities were almost none existent. we didn't take breakfast at the hotel as there were a selection of places for a good breakfast, considerably cheaper, less than five minutes walk from the hotel. There was no bar or room service that we could find. We arrived back late one evening and it would have been nice to be able to have a drink ( of any variety, hot, cold, even water would have been good) and had to resort to walking to another hotel close by which was far from ideal. there were no facilities in the room to make a drink or even a mini fridge. If all you need is a comfy bed for the night and a decent bathroom it is good value but you will need to visit a supermarket close by for supplies if you would like to have any refreshments at all in your room.

I emailed the hotel before arriving asking about parking, they said on street parking was available outside, after driving around for a bit we found a space and unloaded our luggage and made our way to the hotel. The hotel lobby has a very dated feel to it but the receptionist was efficient and asked us if we wanted to avail of the parking at €9 per night, I told them I was surprised as we had been told only on street parking was available but sure enough there is an underground (and very tight) car park available, so back we went to get the car! The room, like the rest of the hotel, was very old fashioned but comfortable enough and the from the hotel there is a short pleasant stroll to the old town. It’s located next to the bus station so very convenient for those arriving/leaving by bus. I had one drink in the bar which had a cold, almost Stalinist feel to it. We didn’t opt for breakfast, there are cheaper and better options close by. I'm not sure where the 4 star rating came from, I'd say 3 stars at best.

Good location and large room-a bit dated and marginally overpriced-very helpful at reception-recommended an excellent restaurant-pity it does not have a pool. Good outlook from the balcony of the eighth floor over the gardens and bus terminal

Hotel was easy to find, car park fee was reasonable at under €10 per night, also easy to drive into and very spacious. We were on the 10th floor, great views, bed a little too soft for my taste, nice large room, and bathroom. WiFi was advertised as free but on signing in it came with download limits, though I am not sure these were applied. We would use again, we did not take breakfast, two very good, popular cafes just along the street.

I booked online through the website. Broken booking system on the website booked me for the night before which was impossible since it was the same time I booked it. Would not admit me even though I had paid. The receptionist was prepared to accept my identification. After saving up with my partner, we were looking forward to the trip. Tough after offering me to pay yet ANOTHER 60 euros, which I was going to do since I was desperate, they asked for both of our ID's(which my partner did not have) After we arrived we were greeted by the two receptionists which were mucking around teasing each other. The second we entered, their attitude changed immediately to an unfriendly condescending one. My partner and I had saved up for that trip and ended up having to stay in the park just outside instead.

20 year old looking decor , breakfast was small selection no hot food, no pool, not 4 star more like 3 star , over priced rooms. WiFi was only for 2 hours. The staff where fine. You can get better hotel rooms for the same price in this area!
