The place was very large and nicely furnished. We had a problem with the adjacent suite playing music too loud and they were not able to take care of the issue until the next morning. The location is fantastic as there are many restaurants and stores in the area.

There is no agent in site and absolute no way to communicate with the management team if you require any support. Our hand soap and shower gel was empty and took 2 days to connect with management and have them fill it up, something that needed to be filled from the beginning.AI is sorting out all the communications and just run you around the circle without getting any answer.

Great apartment for a stay in Ruzafa! Immaculate clean, comfortable and conveniently located. Problem with this particular unit was that next door there was a group of people (and there is a shared door between the two units), and they would go partying all night and can make your sleep time miserable.

Everything was fantastic, EXCEPT, we had a multiple power outages during our stay. The last one lasted several hours. During a heatwave, that became rather unpleasant.
