Hotel clean, friendly and a good price. It wasn't as central to the old town (a good 20 minutes walk to the centre) as I'd hoped but my fault for not researching it properly. But it was easy enough to flag a taxi and only about €6-8. Also plenty of bikes to hire around Valencia. About 15 minutes walk to the aquarium which is fab.

Helpful and professional staff. Hotel is walking distance from city center and from City of Art and Sciences. We feel safe to walk there from the hotel even late in the night. It is must see City of Art and Sciences in the night. We walked to the beach too - it took about half an hour. The hotel looks better on pictures than in reality.

The location of the hotel is ideal because it is close to the gardens, close to the historical center and close to the beach. (and for football supporters, close to the football stadium) The hotel is easy reachabel with the metro.

The room is very comfortable, but was too warm inside, shower temperature was oscillating all the time and the towels were not very clean, also the breakfast if you are paying separated is quite is expensive for the quality of the service, can be because was very crowded when we were there.

The hotel is good located as you can take the metro from the airport to the hotel and only 5 minutes to walk from the metro to the hotel. Nice big rooms but as the hotel is located on a big avenue we heared the noice of the traffic. Very clean hotel with a professional team. The restaurant offers very good menu with a professional service and the service room is also very good.

The hotel location was great, surrounded by cafes, local restaurants and easy access to the city center. The eooms and beds hace a great size and the service was superb. We stayed until the afternoon on our departure date and the late check-out prices were amazing! We really enjoyed our stay here.

I would rate this a 3 star, not a 4 star hotel. It was clean and the staff was friendly so I have no complaints but I expected a nicer room for the price. We did have a lovely balcony overlooking the street so that was nice but it was a "step up" to the balcony that would limit access for some people. I'd consider it a trip hazard for night time as well. The hotel is located close to metro stops and several breakfast cafes. There are no coffee/tea arrangements in the room and no afternoon free beverages in the lobby. The staff is a plus - friendly and helpful.

Basic clean , but modern and stylish . Breakfast buffet is well presented , and staff are efficient . Rooms are well appointed , but do not have kettles or coffee machine , so take a travel kettle if you like a cuppa in your room .

We visited Valencia between 18-24 March. Silken was a nice little place and easy access to anywhere. From airport to hotel, from hotel is a center of everything and we did walk to anywhere from here. Front desk was quick and no fuss, housekeeping was very helpful when you just asked for extra pillows. Valencia is one of a nice cities, great food, beautiful architecture, FAB food and not to forget people is always very helpful. We suggest you to lose yourself in the city late afternoon and find a nice spot to sit down for coffee or two and you will love Valencia even more.

Not a glowing endorsement but with the Fallas festival we needed somewhere slightly away from the city centre-or so we thought-everyone in Valencia has a party and there is nowhere quiet. The check in was ok , but I think there are some complications when going through Booking.com when it comes to paying for additional drinks/food etc. We effectively booked out the night before our five a.m. taxi to the airport which minimised the grief. It was in a good location, not far from the metro-get a Valencia card, clean rooms and courteous staff. No coffee making facility in the room and a limited room service would be my only complaints.
